Warranty & Replacement Parts
If within two (2) years from the date of purchase or five (5) years for our commercial solar products (restrictions apply) , the product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, GAMA SONIC USA, Inc. will provide replacement parts in order to repair or may opt to replace it, at its sole discretion, free of charge. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase from an authorized reseller and is not transferable.
Most batteries have a 2-3 year life expectancy. Our LED bulbs have a life expectancy of 50,000 hours.
We are unable to provide references for contractors or installers.
No, the EZ Anchor is only designed for use with single head lamp posts. Using it with a double or triple head lamp will void your warranty.
The date on the battery is the date of manufacture, not an expiration date.

Yes, we ship to both Canada and Puerto Rico.
No, orders placed on our website or over the phone are unable to use an outside shipping account.
We can offer a 10% discount for military personnel (upon request).
The price for shipping a battery is fixed no matter how many batteries are purchased unless the order qualifies for free shipping. Bulbs are shipped via UPS and those rates are calculated at checkout based on the carrier’s rates unless it qualifies for free shipping.
Once you replacement part request has been processed and shipped, the system is updated and the ticket request status is moved from an open request to closed.
Product Maintenance
Your lamp can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Glass cleaner can be used on glass panes if needed.
The operation switch should always be in the ON, High, or LOW position to charge the lamp.
Some Gama Sonic lamps come with an optional battery compartment. For these lamps, a second battery can be added for longer duration throughout the night. A second battery will only be useful if your lamp receives more than 4 hours of direct sunlight each day.
Unlike some low tier solar products available in the market, we offer a wide range of solar lights made from highly durable materials designed to last in virtually all types of weather, such as cast aluminum, glass panels, and/or rigid resin.
