Extended 3-Year Warranty

Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: Applies to Extended Warranty purchases made on or after June 1st 2025.

This Extended 3-Year Warranty ("Extended Warranty") is an optional warranty enhancement offered by Gama Sonic USA, Inc. ("Gama Sonic") and is available exclusively for eligible solar light fixtures purchased through www.gamasonic.com. It extends the coverage period provided by Gama Sonic's standard Limited Warranty by an additional three (3) years beyond the product's original warranty period.

 

1. Coverage Eligibility

  • This Extended Warranty is only applicable to solar light fixtures purchased for residential or commercial use.

  • It does not apply to or cover:

    • Accessories

    • Rechargeable batteries

  • This Extended Warranty must be purchased at the time of original product purchase and is only valid for the original purchaser with proof of purchase from www.gamasonic.com. It is non-transferable.

 

2. Scope of Coverage

If the covered product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship during the extended coverage period, Gama Sonic will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product or part free of charge.

This coverage includes:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Structural failures not caused by misuse

This coverage does not include:

  • Cosmetic damage (e.g., surface scratches, finish fading)

  • Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs

  • Damages resulting from weather events or acts of God

  • Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions or guidelines

 

3. Term of Extended Coverage

  • Begins immediately following the expiration of the standard Limited Warranty (2 or 5 years, depending on the product).

  • Provides an additional three (3) years of coverage for qualifying products.

 

4. Shipping Responsibility

If a warranty claim requires the product to be returned to Gama Sonic:

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the product to Gama Sonic for inspection, repair, or replacement.

  • Gama Sonic is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. It is the customer's responsibility to properly package and ensure the product when returning it.

  • Any damage caused by the shipping carrier while the product is in transit to Gama Sonic will not be covered under this warranty.

 

5. Warranty Claims

To file a claim under this Extended Warranty, the original purchaser must: · Submit proof of purchase from www.gamasonic.com

  • Provide photos or documentation of the issue

  • Contact Gama Sonic Customer Service via email or phone listed on our website.

Upon verification, Gama Sonic will determine whether to repair or replace the defective product.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

GAMA SONIC USA, INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

 

7. Entire Agreement

This Extended Warranty represents the complete understanding between the purchaser and Gama Sonic regarding the extended warranty coverage. It is in addition to, and modifies only the duration of, the standard Limited Warranty terms. All other terms of the Limited Warranty remain in full force and effect.
