Receiving and Shipping Orders
Protecting our team and customers is always our top priority. To maintain a safe environment
for our logistics team, we have enabled all possible team members to work from home during
this time. Our logistics team are required to maintain social distancing and are provided with
masks, hand sanitizer, and other PPE to stay safe and healthy. As new regulations and
guidelines are published by the CDC, we are adjusting our policies as well.
Customer Support Team
Our amazing Customer Support team will be working from home until further notice. The best
way to get in contact with Support is via email: firstname.lastname@example.org. As we continue to
fight this global epidemic, we ask that you please contact them via email to receive a timely
response. Our Support team will respond to your email quickly and efficiently as possible.
Governor Kemp has issued stay-at-home order for the state of Georgia. For us, this means we
must be able to help positively influence our community to maintain social distancing practices.
For this reason, we have closed our showroom to all non-employee personnel. By limiting
unnecessary exposure, we protect our logistics team and our customers.
